Bite me ”Bite Me” is the 3rd and final book in ”A Love story” series by Christopher Moore. From the first book I was hooked to this vampire love story, it is not exactly a love story, it is mixed with all feelings. You can say more than romance it is fun and humorous. “Bite Me” is action packed and filled with laughs, its 50% vampire and 50% comedy.

Good news for people who liked Abby from the second book ”You Suck”, because Abby is the one who narrated most of this story 🙂 There is a huge shaved vampire cat stalking people, with his army of vampire cats. Jody and Tommy are bronzed by Abby as she misunderstood heir concept of staying together. Plot of this story is wacky as the characters but what to say, I liked the way of writing. There is an ancient vampire army coming to take care of vampire cats, not only cats they want to erase everyone who knows more about vampires. So everyone’s life is in danger. What happens next is unexpected twist.

Abby rocks 🙂 she is the star of this book and she has got a boyfriend too! And thanks to her for a new swearword Fucksocks! It is a good time pass book, a different vampire novel. My ratings are 3 out of 5.

You SuckIt’s so difficult world for walking dead, even though they are more powerful than humans they have their own problems to handle. I have been reading lot of vampire novels lately and to tel the truth I find it really interesting. ”You Suck” is the  sequel to Christopher Moore’s ”Blood Sucking Fiends”.

This book exactly starts off where the previous book was stopped. Jody never asked for being Vampire but an old vampire turned her just to his amusements and she started facing her life how it is with the help of Tommy who loved her and served her. So many twisting events happened after that in the first book. In second book Tommy wakes up and finds himself as a vampire. Now they both have to keep someone to serve them in day time, so they find a 16 year old goth chick, wanna be vampire. Animals are back this time but with a lot of surprise and back stabbing. Now that old vampire is free again and wants to take a revenge it is going to be more adventurous for Jody, Tommy and their little Minion. But wait for more vampires to show up in this book because this author never fails to surprise the readers 🙂 The funniest part of this book is ”The Chronicles of Abby Normal.” Abby is Jody and Tommy’s  new minion and ”The Chronicles of Abby Normal” is entries from her journal, where she described the events in her view like: “So I’m all…, she’s like…, and I’m like…, and she’s all…, and I was all…. and I am like stop it bitch” I loved the way author created this character, so funny and adorable.

Over all I gave this book 3 out of 5. There is a third book in this series ” Bite Me”. By the way I forgot to mention this huge vampire cat ”Chet” and his owner. This book is definitely worth reading once.

bloodsucking fiendsLife can be really tough for a girl in her 20’s trying to maintain relationship, job and suddenly waking up a vampire. I know how it sounds crazy right! ”Blood sucking fiends” is a vampire story with lots of humor in it. I think it should come with a label: Make sure you read it alone, when you laugh aloud reading this book people may think you have lost your mind 🙂 I totally liked author’s writing style a wonderful tale of  Vampire girl.

Jody never asked to be a vampire but one evening she was forced to become one, when she woke up she was no more human, she can feel it with her supernatural strength, thirst for blood and fast heeling power. She meets ( by coincident) C. Thomas Flood, a writer ( or wanna be writer) who’s in San Francisco with little money and a place to share with 5 Chinese men and works in Garvey yard  shift with group of people called as ”Animals”. She moves in with him to an apartment where they can stay together by helping each other. She can pay bills and take care of money and he can do day time works which she cant go out and do due to sun light. From there the real twist starts, there is a elder vampire killing people and making it look like Jody and Tommy are responsible for that. What is the suspense? Where it takes them? What is Tommy’s story and what will he do when he learns that he is staying with vampire?

Although the book has the sub-title “A Love Story” tagged on to it, I don’t particularly think of this as a romance novel. It is a humorous story, filled with weird but funny characters. I would recommend this to Vampire fiction fans. Its actually trilogy with 2 more books as sequels
